Maid Pro

Paid for our house to be cleaned and it was not. Tried working with management to no avail.
We called Maid Pro on or around 7/2 when we moved in to our home to have them come and clean it before we unpacked. Initially they sent two maids, one was two hours late and the other was on her phone texting which is why it took her almost 2 hours to clean a small bathroom. They left after almost 4 hours with a number of tasks incomplete. We called Maid Pro and informed them and they sent another maid- just one, back the next day. That maid clearly was unaware that there were a number of tasks that had not been completed and appeared to believe she was coming back to reclean a few things. After figuring out from our numerous walkthroughs with her that it wasn't that simple she began making excuses for why she couldn't clean certain things (windows?) and informed us that the more we have our house cleaned the better it will look?? She then waited for my husband to go to the garage and ran out the front door leaving her spray bottle behind. I quickly called Maid Pro and they told me they would get with the GM and that this was unacceptable. Needless to say it came down to multiple follow up calls only to be told that the GM said that the maid said she was told to leave and left - which is nowhere near true as I witnessed the conversation for myself. Even after relaying this information to Maid Pro they refuse to do anything to right their wrong. Kelly in the office even agreed that something should be done but said it would be the GM's call. We are requesting a full refund.
