After meeting the rep at the Phy women's convention I was promptly scheduled an appt for a quoteQuote sounded reasonable for the deep clean they offered and deep clean features sounded good as wellWent downhill from thereTook several attempts to try and schedule and several messages left on voicemail, email, and with answering serviceThey called me once to leave a message leaving me to call several more times where I finally got a text and set things upCome the appointment time I found it to be a veryASIC cleanNothing like was expressed in the quote mtg or phampletBasic areas such as the microwave were not cleaned, dirty mop left an awful smell and enviro shield, which was a major factor in my decision to use the company, was unavailable because apparently only the supervisors can operate the machine and they were all on vacation for the weekend After expressing to Steven that this was a basic clean and the Enviro shield was missed, he did offer to come use the machine but not to correct the cleaning errors I declined the offer as my husband and I work very long days and had several functions in the upcoming weekendsFinally was charged the full amount over a week later and still have yet to receive an invoice as requested multiple timesWell I think this company has a good concept they lack the manpower to stay organized and carry things through to the end

Serena in the office could not manage to get my billing correct ever It was a complete disaster, I was patient and they continued to tell me it would be fixed and it was never fixed They overcharged me repeatedly and after I notified them that they had again overcharged me to the point where they owed me two cleanings and they then charged me again I terminated the service The maid were amazing they did fantastic work but their office staff was incapable of managing their accounts They still owe me money and now it appears I will have to take them to small claims court to recover they money they have overcharged

I hired employees for hours to clean my empty house I was moving intoAfter a closer look, I noticed that the tile floors, kitchen counters, cabinets were not cleanedThe bathroom tile floors, toilets and tub areas were not cleanedThe manager came out and made excuses for areas not being cleanedIt was a very horrible and uncomfortable experience in dealing with this company
