Maid Right of Palm Beach

2 women came to my home. 1 ran out saying she is scared of cats. Then the story changed and was told that she is allergic to cats so Locked them into a room.They were to be here at 2:30 but arrived at 2:45. I can understand the very 1st time coming here you can get lost to it was not a big deal this time. Then they asked what needs to be done so I told them ALL Floors need to be swept and washed especially in my Moms room where my mom is 86 years old with COPD & Dementia!. They tell me they need to go to the car to get cleaning items but come back 30 minutes later. OMG. I got mad and screamed where are they as I walked to to window. One Girl told me 1 second. Also said my moms room has tons of Laundry that need folding. Also told them everything else that needed to be done in their 2 hour that they were here ( if 1 person it would be 4 hours which more work would have been done.
They started in my moms room and within 15 minutes they were done. Then they made the Bed in her room but after me telling the 2 girls that my mom needs to be on Oxygen all the time they forgot to tell her to return to her room so she sat in the living room with me for almost 1 1/2 hours. (real Nice!) Then BOTH went into my moms Bathroom to clean (R U Kidding me 2 people to spend 1/2 hour in the bathroom. Then they went into the Guest Bathroom after leaving the light and fan on in the 1st bathroom. BOTH Again went into the Guest Bathroom & closed the door behind then just like moms bathroom. WHY close the Door when they entered both bathrooms? After that they cleaned the floor in the Den. Best job so far ( Just clean & wash the Den & Nothing else. Next They (BOTH AGAIN) went into the Kitchen to clean the counter top which I never told them to do but it needed it but They missed so much. Never cleaned around the kitchen Sink or behind it. It Looks Awful!. I told them at the beginning that the TRASH PAL in the Kitchen is ONLY Used for Recycle Cans & glass. What did they do when I layed down for 15 minutes with my locked cats. My mom asked them when they were going to clean under the bed & They said they did BUT DID NOT!
What was the most important thing I told them to do....? Was all floors YET My MOM"S Room was Never touched. Never touched the FLOORS at all. Neither was the Living Room or even My Room which no one ever Entered!. In my bathroom there is a Yucky Brown Circle on my sink top. Also had a 3 draw Rubber Maid so I could store items in it YET it was Put in Front of the Toilet. How am I do Pee or sit for # 2!? I had to put things back where they cam from everywhere.
You have to remember they came in 15 minutes later & then went to their car for cleaning supplies which took 30 minutes. But what was So SHOCKING was they left at 4:35... I lost 40 MINUTES & this company is not cheap. I have no Idea what I paid as they need a credit card in advance.
I talked to the company and to be nice they took off 1 hour to pay instead of 2 hours but It made no Sense as I already lost 40 minutes so all they took off to pay is 20 Minutes.
So all in all my moms room is trashed. They couldn't even folds sheets right. 4 or 5 sheets need to be re-washed as now they are all wrinkled from folding wrong. I now have to clean almost everything they Touched. Don't bother with them. You would think it was their first visit & they would want to make a 1st impression. Not at all. I COULD NOT FAITHFULLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!
