I am rejecting this response because: The response from Maid Stone Trading has not been followed up onNumber one, I have never heard of them until they started pulling money from my accountThey never had my consent to take anything and I have never had any contact with them until I started trying to get my money backThey said that I had not contacted their customer service departmentThe only contact that I had for them was the phone number listed on my bank statement where they took the money and I have called that number repeatedlyI don't know if that is the order dept or customer service but they did send me one refund after I call itThey just will not seem to send the other oneThat number is ###-###-####Sometimes you get an answer and sometimes you leave a message to call you back and they don't bother toAs far as their reply to the Revdex.com, THEY SAY THEY WILL CONTACT ME BUT THEY HAVE NOTThe letter is signed by a Keith O [redacted] with a phone number of ###-###-####I have called this number three times and gotten a machine each timesI left messages on it with my name and phone number and requested that my call be returned but they have not respondedIf I ever get the refund I will contact the Revdex.com so any negative statements can be removed but so far it does not look like that will be the case
