Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:  It is simply untrue.  I spokewith my neighbor about this service company and she experienced the same hardball techniques to get money, tried attaching to her PayPal account without approval or warning  and also the work was found unacceptable, among other things.  My neighbor is also letting her go.  I don't know any of her other clients nor do I care to.  This person and her company's representatives are not allowed back onto this property. I regret to the extent this person has gone believing what she does is correct and her attempt at justifying very bad business behavior and a poor job. Believing in yourself is one thing, fooling yourself is another.
Sincerely,

[redacted], [redacted], [redacted]......... What to say about [redacted]?  [redacted] was referred to us by her nextdoor neighbors [redacted] and [redacted] who are very happy customers of ours. [redacted] called inquiring about our services and after speaking to me personally she booked a first time cleaning...

for July 21st 2017. While on the phone with her I explained our business, the type of products we use, the fact we are completely self contained -bringing all our own equipment and supplies ect., and most importantly as with all of our new clients wanting to book an appointment with us -I went over the fact that we have a strict 48 hr cancellation policy. [redacted] was fine with this, understood the policy and proceeded to book an appointment with us. Upon hanging up I emailed [redacted] to thank her for reaching out to us for her cleaning needs and confirmed her appointment day and time. These emails have a autofill reminder message about our cancellation policy. So this would have been the second time the policy was brought to [redacted]'s attention. Also attached to this email was our detailed cleaning list which I have attached here for you to review.  I attended the 1st cleaning at [redacted]'s myself as I prefer to do with all 1st cleanings. I do this so that I may meet the client, get to know their home and level of upkeep so that I may give them a very accurate quote for future cleanings. Upon arriving at [redacted]'s she saw us in, showed us around, and proceeded to tell us she absolutely didn't want us using any of our products in her home. She showed us a whole pantry designated to all her cleaning supplies. She has a different product for every surface in her home. This was frustrating to say the least.  We had to pull them all out and familiarize ourselves with their purpose and application and then had a heck of a time toting so many products all over the house as there were far too many to fit in our caddies. However we did it with a smile and discussed how to make it more user friendly in the future.  During the walk through [redacted] told us not to clean anything in the office as it was buried under piles of papers and that she would have to organize in there before we could get in there and clean. The laundry room was also inaccessible as there were piles of clothes all over the floor and piles of stuff on top of the counters, washer, and dryer. She said she would get that straightened up so we could at least get to the floors. After cleaning for six hours and 45 min. all we had left to do were the floors in the Master bedroom, bathroom, and to clean the laundry room. [redacted]'s husband came home from work and was using the Master so it was decided we would be done for the day. ([redacted] had spent the time during the cleaning running errands and working on tidying the office, she had not gotten to picking up the laundry room so we all agreed we would get it next time.) [redacted] escorted us outside, expressing how happy she was with the cleaning and how badly she needed the help to free her up to do other things.  I went over how I would email her a quote in the next couple days. She confirmed right there she wanted us back, and to put her on the schedule for regular bi-weekly cleanings. I let her know that I would get her on the schedule and email her the dates with that quote.   In the next few days I emailed her the following dates and times and sent her the attached quote. 8/3/17 9am 8/17/17 9am 8/31/17 9am   On 7/30/2017 [redacted] contacted me by text message and asked to reschedule her 8/3/2017 cleaning. I fit her into our schedule for 10am on 8/11/2017, confirmed the date and time with her and she replied "sounds good".   On 8/10/2017 at 9:44 am She cancelled this cleaning too for a non emergency. This cancellation was made 24 hrs and 15 min before her scheduled cleaning. This violates our 48hr cancellation policy and is billable at the full rate since we were unable to fill her scheduled time with any other clients on such short notice.    I am attaching all the correspondence that took place after that cancellation. Also the one email that I sent during this correspondence in reply to her confusion on the services we offer. I again sent her a copy of our detailed cleaning list ( which I have attached for you). Lastly I have attached a copy of the invoice I sent her through our Paypal business account which [redacted] insisted was harassment and contacted Paypal making a big stink about it.   As you can clearly see through the numerous texts; her story is inconsistent and she repeatedly yanked us around as to whether we would be able to complete the cleaning on 8/11/2017.   [redacted] claims.... 1. To not recall our 48hr cancellation policy. ( She was most definitely made aware of this policy on at very least, two separate occasions!) 2. To have a list of items not cleaned well or not cleaned at all when we were there. (She was present at her last cleaning and was very happy with it, immediately booking us every other week from then on. When asked for this list she states we neglected the following...... windows and tracks (An extra service she did not request or pay for!)  vacuuming the drapes (Something we never do....ever!!!) clean the laundry room ( This room was a disaster while we were there and [redacted] was unable to tidy it before we were done - She said we could just get it next time!) 3.[redacted] also mentions the bottom of the toilet bowls being dirty ( This is where I discovered her dishonesty because I know these were cleaned meticulously -as I myself cleaned her bathrooms!   In her complaint to you she gives a completely different account of what she was unhappy with after her cleaning.....This list is completely fictitious and you yourself can see how very different it is from the first list she provided!   Bottom line is this... [redacted] doesn't want to pay for the appointment she neglected to keep. She is throwing a fit because she didn't get her way when she tried to bully me around. She is slandering my name, my business, and my services. She has tried to damage our relationships with PayPal, The Revdex.com, other clients and anyone who will listen. Her behavior has been so disgraceful I have had to go as far as to seek legal counsel and am pending claims of Defamation, Libel, and Slander.  [redacted] has gone out of her way to reach out to other clients of ours with made up claims and insist that they fire us. These clients brought this to my attention and offered to speak on our behalf; not only as happy customers of Maid to Order, but to [redacted]'s erratic and inappropriate behavior. If you would like the statement of these clients let me know and I will put you in touch with them asap.   Let me know if I can assist you any further,   -Amanda C[redacted] 503-357-3643 office 828-712-7785 cell https://www.facebook.com/pdxmaidtoorder/
