We cleaned customer's home on  Wednesday, March 26. However,...

customer did not leave payment as cleaning crew indicated the customer would pay by credit card. I did not hear from the customer so I called her on Friday, March 28 to retrieve payment. Customer provided the credit card and did mention there were issues with the bathrooms. I took the credit card number, but indicated I would not charge the card till after the ladies returned the following week to correct the issue. The following week, the customer was scheduled to have her bathrooms re-cleaned on Wednesday. I however, made a mistake and processed the credit card on Tuesday. Ten minutes later, the customer called me up and asked why I processed the card before the re-clean on Wednesday. I apologized and indicated I would reverse the charge. She said do not bother coming outon Wednesday for the re-clean and wanted a full refund. I initially said yes, but after I hung up the phone, I realized that we cleaned most of the home and since the customer refused to have the re-clean, I would not refund the entire $100.  The customer called me the next day demanding a full refund, threatening me with lawsuits, calling me a liar, unprofessional, and going to the Revdex.com, unless she received a full refund. After a few exchanges, the husband got on the phone. I explained the situation to him and offered a 50% refund. The husband indicated that 66% would be acceptable. I agreed and issued a $66 refund the same day. I even emailed the customer the credit authorization number for the $66 credit.
 
I am not going to refund any more money for the following reasons:
 
1) We cleaned the customers home
2) Customer refused to have us come back to re-do the bathrooms.
3) Customer's husband agreed to a 66% refund, which was issued.

In addition, I filed this complaint to possibly help someone who may be thinking about working with this company. What he shared with the Revdex.com is again not the entire truth of which I shared in my initial complaint. 
The first time he sent someone over they did a great job. I requested that the same ladies be sent back but not only did he NOT do that but he sent someone over that smelled like complete smoke? What type of business does that? By my having asthma I had to deal with this smell for several days. My  husband and I did consider him a lier and advised him that we would report him to the Revdex.com not a LAWSUIT. Not true at all. As you can this man has a serious issue with providing quality service to his customers and I will be telling everyone about my experience with this unprofessional business.

Review: I purchased Maid to Sparkle cleaning service through [redacted] and saw so many "good reviews". The first two ladies that came out did a great job so I told the owner [redacted] I would like for them to do a regular monthly service. The owner promised to send out the same girls and would charge me $99 per month but went against his word and sent out two different girls who did a sloppy job. Not only that, but one of the girls smelled like smoke and left a horrible smell in my home and interfered with my breathing as I have asthma. [redacted] called me later that day to retrieve payment and I advised him that I was on a business call and would call back. I returned this call the next day and explained to him my concerns. He stated he would not charge me, apologized for his mistake, would send them out the same girls who did our house the first time that following Tuesday (Today) and took down my credit card. Yesterday March 31st he charges my card $100 and when I called to address it he was like well I tried to charge it last week and it did not go through. Please note I never gave him my card until Friday evening so that was evidently a lie. He also "forgot" that he told me he would not charge me until the ladies left and because of the inconvenience I had with the smoke smell and sloppy job the last two ladies did. He is very unorganized and unprofessional and I will never use their service again. We sat on the phone and argued back and forth for almost 10 minutes after he decided that know he didn't want to give the full refund back to me after he promised me yesterday March 31st that he would with no problems. He came up with many excuses and lies as to why I should not receive my refund from a charge he made unauthorized and before the day he stated to me.Desired Settlement: I want my full refund back as he promised me yesterday. He advised me and my husband that he would refund 66% and keep the rest. Because of his unprofessionalism and illegal practices I am asking my full refund asap.
