Review: I hired MWC to do a complete deep cleaning. Their literature claimed they would clean and sanitize all bathrooms and kitchen, dust all surfaces including windowsills and baseboard, vacuum including moving light furniture. I left some small dustballs underneath some furniture and crumbs on kitchen counter. After they finished it looked no different than before - except for a strong smell of bleach. Tub still had hairs in it. NOTHING was moved on kitchen counters so dirt was left behind toaster, mixer etc. NO furniture was swept under or pulled from wall (such as loveseat) so dust [redacted] remained. Television screens were still covered with dust. I was not happy.

When I contacted company rep and finally got through I was told that employee's said that "of course they did an excellent job" and that our home "reeked" - which regardless of how it smelled should not have kept them from dusting, washing and vacuuming as promised.

The management asked if we'd like them to come back. NO, you didn't do a good job the first time when if you wanted us to continue as customers you should have done an outstanding job - first impressions count.

The management said they would issue a $75. refund. Instead they withdrew an additional $75.00 from the credit card - NOW OWING ME AT LEAST $150.00

Continued calls to company are not answered or returned.Desired Settlement: I want the $150. (my $75 + the $75 the promised to refund) plus the money they received initially to make it a FULL 100% return of my money. Not only did we receive poor results but they then took additional monies from me instead of refunding it.

Mr. [redacted] refused our offer to address his concerns so I agreed to give him a $75.00 credit. I processed that credit the same day but erroneously charged his account instead of crediting it. This was an honest mistake. I realized my mistake the next day and immediately issued a $150.00 credit (the original $75.00 erroneous charge). I spoke to Mr. [redacted] several times and he was aware of the erroneous charge to his account and the fact that I corrected the mistake as soon as it came to my attention.While Mr. [redacted] may have been unhappy with the services that we performed, we did address his concerns in a timely manner.Sincerely,Caroline B[redacted]
