I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as long as she doesn't send me a bill. She indicated in her response that the never intended to send me a bill or send me to collection so I'm satisfied

The gentleman, *** ***, was informed during the initial walk thru over a year ago that a month notice was required if services were no longer neededI informed him in the initial walk thru that we do not normally do cleaning up after animals but he really wanted it done so I told him we could
scoop the litter boxes but not empty them or deep clean themHe was ok with thatI had an employee that was a cat lover, and a time that I was not at the cleaning she took it upon herself to deep clean the litter boxes without asking if that was something we didI had told *** the next scheduled cleaning that it was not a thing we do and if he would like it done in the future to please let me know ahead of time and there would be an additional charge as he wanted all litter boxes emptied, bleached and scrubbed, dried out, and new litter replacedI explained that was time consumingHe had asked me on the last cleaning if we could deep clean the litter boxes that day and I explained to him that I did not have extra time that day because I had other jobs, and didn't have my heavy duty garbage bags in the vehicle that day because we didn't have any deep cleaning scheduledHe got very frustrated after I told him it would be extra and I had discussed that with him months agoHe seemed ok after thatIn over a year that he was a client, a couple of things were forgot, I did take money off of a cleaning to try to make him happyI did message him back explaining I needed a month notice or needed to be paid for the next cleanings as stated in the initial walk thru, he text messages the day before his cleaning that he no longer needed servicesI went above and beyond for this costumer and did things that I do not normally do and I feel as if we did a great job 99% of the timeI feel he just got upset because we would not do the deep cleaning on the litter boxes that dayThe litter boxes smelled very bad because he did not clean them the whole week, we did it every TuesdayI cannot help that they start to smell that badI myself have two cats so I suggested another brand vsgreat value brand and he smiles and said "ok thank you , I'll have to get that before you do the deep cleaningsWhen I mopped the floor, I used the pinesol that was under his sink because he had told me numerous times to help myself to anything under his sinkI was mopping in his room and he yelled at me saying " why are you using pinesol, I don't like it, I fired my last cleaning lady for using it"I sincerely apologized and told him it was under the sinkHe than stated it wasn't supposed to be there, again, I apologizedMy employee was a little startled he yelled as that was not for himI also mentioned in the initial walk thru that if there was at all any cleaners or chemicals he didn't like, please let me know so I do not use themHe stated there wasn't anything he didn't like and he really liked bleachI did not send him a bill nor did I send him to collections because I didn't want to make it a huge deal I thought I would just let it goI have not had any other contact with the client since I had told him I did in fact need to be paid and he said he was not paying meI feel this was taken way out of proportion and did not need to go to this
