I am rejecting this response because:Glenn had an attitude as soon as we arrived, had he given us more respect as a paying customer we would not have acted in such a manner. There was no work done to the ski for him to collect 400$. The first work order was to get the ski properly running and ski was not fixed as described in work order. First task was never complete. There was no reason for me to pay an extra 400$ for there wrong doing and staff that could not fix it properly the first time.
