I am in receipt of your complaint about my company to the Revdex.com regarding your incident in which you allege that you were towed because of contradictory information and that the machine was not working.  First I would to say that I feel bad that you didn’t have a good experience and you...

were  towed, that’s obviously not an enjoyable thing to have happen. The machine that is on the lot was working that night and in between the hours of 5:30 PM and 11:00 PM, 14 other people paid the machine with their credit cards and had no issues and were not towed.  The lot is private which you noted in your complaint and as such I have the right to collect parking fees as I see fit regardless of what the city does on the streets. Your statement that the machine was broken and the incoherent signage is not true.  Perhaps your credit card was the issue or maybe you didn’t even attempt to pay?I’ve attached for your review all the signs that are posted on the lot which I believe  are very clear and instruct people that it is a paid parking lot.If you were unsure as you state that you needed to pay after reading and or ignoring the signs, you could have simply left and parked anywhere else in the city.
