After Doing Business with this company for over 10 years I can honestly say it has gone downhill on Customer service, Communication, Accuracy and Quality of work. The companies main founder Charles passed away a few years ago and unfortunately the customer related values associated with this company went with him. It's a shame because I have been a supporter and have given many referrals, and even gathered specific business for them with several people on my street. On several specific jobs which I worked with Jeff D. I experienced regular lack of follow up, late and No-Show appointments, and sub-par results resulting in multiple returns to complete work for lack of proper parts or being overwhelmed. Most recently had consulted and ordered parts to install my own exhaust venting. The order was wrong and late, the parts promised to be provided as soon as possible, 2 of four of them were never delivered. The entire process, I had to call Jeff repeatedly, text, email many times just to get a return response, nothing but excuses. At one point I was actually made to feel like my business was not worth his time. I eventually had to go buy what I needed from Lowes and complete things myself ! This experience alone costed me countless hours trying to get Jeff to do his, money for parts he never delivered, and a ten year relationship of support I have always had with Doyles. What a shame.
