Review: I have paid the contractor [redacted] of Maidi Decorating & Remodeling the following amounts to renovate my home from Hurricane Sandy damage:Masonry work $1,850Carpentry work $4,000Tile work $2,200Kitchen cabinetry work $700Reimbursements for materials $600For a total of $9,350.This contractor has not completed his work and has caused damage to my home in the work that he has completed. I have repeatedly called and texted this contractor to complete his work and fix his damage. He will usually not answer his calls or text messages. When he has he has scheduled to come to complete his work and fix his damage and then has not shown. I estimated the uncompleted work and damage to my home as more the $4,000.Desired Settlement: I want the money returned to me for the amount of unfinished work and damage he has caused my home.
