Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: although they sent a mower to remove the weed eventually no one has addressed repairing the gutters they damaged..the person they sent admitted the damage was done by their mowers. He then proceeded to tell me to cut my gutters back and put a rock under what was left. He said that was what everyone there with gutters did..No one else has gutters in River Ranch. Most residents rent. I would like for my gutters to look like they did before I paid Premium Cuts to mow my lawn and as a bonus they destroyed them. Regards,[redacted]
