Over the past 2 weeks MaidPro has perpetuated a fraud scheme. The rate provided to us by Joseph S (Cherry Hill, NJ Office) was $148 a cleaning per the contact sent to us. When they showed up for their first cleaning 2 hours AFTER the 4-hour window provided, they stayed for 1.5 hours and billed us for $296. Floors were never cleaned (literally not cleaned AT ALL), counters weren't wiped, shower glass door had a film of bleach on it.

They came again two days ago because we thought we weren't being charged and that they were "finishing" what they started 2 weeks ago. They charged us another $230 for a lackluster service job. The kitchen island still had the chocolate ice cream stain from the night before, which I purposely left for them to clean to see if they would.

Their office, Nicole and Chanel, has outright LIED and made claims that we provided an okay on their terrible service (NEVER HAPPENED). Having an office employee tell you that you made a claim you never made is unbelievably distasteful. No one provides an okay to be billed $296 for 1.5 hours of non-cleaning service. Did they offer a refund? Nope They offered a discount on the next service.

This company repeatedly double charged my credit card. After resolving the issue with them they illegally attempted to charge my card 3 times on the same day. I have taken my business to another company and I'm happy with my first cleaning service.

s card was charged 3 times because he owed for 3 cleanings. He leaves us a small window on the day of the cleaning to charge his card. If we miss the window we must wait until the next clean to charge the card. We never "illegally" try to charge someones card. We only charge for services owed. He still owes us a balance of $117.83 which we are attempting to collect

I am rejecting this response because:

This business fraudulently charged my card three times. After I threatened and notified the police they canceled my service 1 day prior to arrival. I don’t owe them anything and may persue criminal charges.
