Avg. cleaning service at best and Horrible Customer Service and Accountability. I used their service for about a year and a half. The cleaning person sent to my home kept changing every few months and the very few good cleaners they ever sent never lasted more than a month or two. At the end of every service I would receive a call or an email asking how the cleaning went. Given that I am a very clean person, their avg. service never affected me that much, as long as they covered the bathroom I was ok maintaining the rest for the price they were giving me. Everything was ok until one of the cleaners broke my bedroom window blinds. These people were never able to repair the broken window despite my patience of waiting for them almost 6 months! First they never felt responsible enough to send someone to look at the broken window and take the measurements for the replacement. I had to give them myself the measurements. In 1 month they did not do anything nor call. Their excuse during this first month was that they were not able to find a person "tall enough" to put he new blinds up. 2 months later, they were not able to get someone yet to install or deliver it, and because my landlord had to do an inspection on the property, I had to go pick them up by myself to try to install them on my own. However, much to my dismay, the blinds purchased by these people were the cheapest kind and could not be installed. These cheap blinds were made of vinyl and unable to hold their own weight (required bolts through the middle of the widow as opposed to using the existing supports). Luckily, my landlord did not get me in trouble for the inspection after I explained to them the situation and showed them that I had the blinds for replacement. After the inspection, I explained the next cleaner from MaidPro who cleaned my apartment and gave her the blinds so she could take to their office and get them changed for the right ones. I called MaidPro to explain what I had done with the blinds and talked to a lady called Gwendolyn B. This lady said that I had to talk to the business owner and transferred me. The business owner, Kathryn B, said that she was running out of options and asked me to buy myself the blinds that are appropriate for my window and she would repay me for them. After visiting a couple of*/***'s stores, I was not able to find the right kind of blind which fit my window supports. I called the business owner again to tell her she had to send someone to look at his window and get things fixed. It had passed by too much time. To my further surprise, these lady refused to find someone to replace these blinds or do any work because the time for her to return the vinyl blind she had bought had expired. She further added that it was my fault because I never explained to her the type of blind needed. She completely washed her hands on the situation and said that I was being "Unfair" with her and that I had to have some responsibility on this too. She said was that she would give me their Liability Insurance information so I can file a claim, but they would not do anything for me. This lady yelled throughout this whole conversation and did not want to let me speak. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY to hire this cheap, irresponsible, dishonest business. BEWARE of these people!!!! They bill you immediately after each visit but cannot replace a $150 blind?!!! What kind of business is not able to spend $100-200 o repairing something they damaged?!? or better yet be accountable to a client who patiently waited for them to fix they damage and to whom they had promised to make the repairs?? I still have to fix these blinds out of my own budget and my own time before my lease ends.

We actually bought the blind based on Eduardos measurements. We,delivered the blind as well.
After 2 months he said it was the wrong blind. By then we could no longer return the blind.
It was. A large mini blind.
Much of what was described above is false.
Very frustrating when we dis all we could to fix this asap.
Also, from time of incident to time getting the measurements was a couple of months as well.

#1: The measurements provided for the blind were correct. What did not work was the type of material of blind (cheap/vinyl) and support system that did not allow for the long blind to hold it's own weight (a screw would have had to be driven through the middle of the window). This was explained repeatedly to MaidPro's representatives and the owner. The correct way for making up for the damage that MaidPro caused, was to send someone to my house to look at the damage and make the appropriate repairs themselves without having to ask me (the client) to do any of the repair work myself.
#2: The blinds were not delivered to my house. I had to leave work and meet an employee from MaidPro somewhere else to pick it up prior to a Landlord inspection to avoid any charges (this was 2 months after the damage).
#3: MaidPro was informed shortly after I could not install the sign, and they were returned to a MaidPro employee on the immediately following cleaning visit (I had a by-weekly cleaning service). If the blinds were 2 months too late to be returned, it was definitely because I received the blinds from MaidPro 2 months late, as stated in item #3.
#4: Frustrating is having MaidPro hold the client responsible for a damage that MaidPro caused by themselves.
#5: The measurements were given to MaidPro the same day they requested them which happened to be the same day of the incident (1/23/18). Maid Pro sent an email on 1/23/18 at 1:58pm asking for the measurements; and I responded the email with the measurements on 1/23/18 at 8:49pm.

In conclusion: MaidPro never took full responsibility of the damage and is now holding on to the excuse that because I helped them obtain the measurements of the blind and attempted to help them install the replacement myself, I am now responsible for the damage and have to spend my own money replacing the blinds.

This is a business that is not accountable for their own actions. MaidPro breaks it and the client pays? I attempted to help MaidPro fix this damage out of good faith and now I have to pay for MaidPro's broken dishes....

We received the blind ordered on 2/13 on 2/20 we delivered the blind, per Eduardo he wanted for us to meet him at CVS, not his home for the delivery, he stated it would be easier. He had someone to do the installation

On 4/3 is the next time we heard from him saying the blinds did not work. At this point we can no longer return the blinds. And we went by his exact measurements and color.

#1) I picked up the blinds from MaidPro on the last week of March, not 2/20.
#2) I did not want to meet MaidPro at a ***; I HAD to meet MaidPro there because they could not go to my house before my landlord inspection.
#3) I never stated this would be easier. Again, I had to do this because MaidPro was uncapable of having these blinds delivered to my house prior to the inspection.
#4) Again, I picked up the blinds from MaidPro around the last week of March because it was the end of my lease (the same day of the landlord inspection prior to the new lease beginning); therefore yes, it makes sense you heard back from me around 4/3 from me regarding the blinds.
#5) All this time after, MaidPro still does not understand the issue with the cheap blinds they provided (color and measurements are correct!!!).
#6) This business continues to blame the client for a damage MaidPro caused and was unable to fix.

If you want to deal with people that are completely unaccountable for their actions and have a lot of imagination for finding excuses, then hire MaidPro Orlando East.
