Maids 2 Scrub

This man purchased a 5hr deep cleaning on a occupied house with carpet cleaning when we got there the house was empty and smelled like dog urine through out the house the house was horrific and filthy with no cleaning for over at least a year baseboards was black this man had marks as high as 6...

feet tall scuffs on walls and crack no way a plastic hose will reach 6 ft high doing carpets we told them we can do a move out cleaning it will be $150 extra do to fact the place was never cleaned and they said no him and his wife or the lady in charge that she only wanted 5 hours of cleaning which we gave her she wanted us to do only what she paid which is current special we were running with living social 5 hour of deep cleaning up to 2000sf and they didn't want to pay extra for carpet cleaning being the house is vacant when booking he said he live there is occupied and didn't want to pay extra on the pet stains said do what you can do. So why are they trying to get a refund when they bank already refunded them because they disputed the charge and leave nasty comments online and nasty voicemails about not doing a good job when they didn't pay for a complete vacant house cleaning to begin with. I will not have nothing else to do with this obsurd ignorant person knowing they know they house was filthy nasty and needed a complete deep cleaning but wanted to be cheap and only pay for 5hr when 10hours was needed in the conditioner was. I'm done with this matter and will not reply back to him like I told him on the phone I will not be disrespected like I was before case close!!!!

I bought the 6 hour package which included cleaning windows. 2 cleaners for 3 hours.

1. I wasn't able to talk to anyone by phone at this company. They only responded via text and email. They use Google voice.

2. Appointment was booked 2-3 weeks ago. I confirmed yesterday that the appointment was for 3pm - 6pm today. They then texted me today that the cleaners would be 30-60 minutes late. I told them I had plans tonight so they decided to send 3 cleaners for 2 hours, starting at 4pm.

3. 4:30pm, no cleaners. I texted and asked how late the cleaners are running. I received a phone number with no explanation. I asked about the number and was told:

I'm in dr
Can't text no more

4. I called Heather who knew nothing about cleaning my residence.

Still waiting for return call, as promised. Many similar negative experiences posted on YELP.

They also don't seem to be registered with the Arizona Corporate Commission.

Do not use Maids 2 Scrub. They no called, no showed on me. I had to follow up with them on the next business day by e-mail because they won't answer their phone or return calls. They did not try to fix the situation and were rude when I asked for a refund. No apology, no nothing. Save your self the time and trouble with this awful company. The 1 star reviews are dead on. I purchased this through living social but I have a feeling this is how that conduct business day to day.

As we have told you in your last appointment we don't work on Sundays also you didn't pay us anything to clean you paid living social so you need to contact living social for a refund. Your voucher is still available for your services through them since we have not cleaned your house. Again you didnt pay us directly you paid living social so thats who need to contact for refund. Thank you.

I had purchased a 6 hour move out cleaning from this business. They failed to get there in the time specified, I had to wait 2 hours extra. They did NOT fully clean the bathrooms (soap sm left on glass shower doors) and BROKE the shower door handle. Tried to say it was already broken but due to their lack of being on time, I sprayed shower doors and handles were secure and unbroken. Would NOT recommend this company.
