We were moving from LA to MS and I am weeks pregnant, so my husband and I hired this cleaning service to clean top to bottom (windows, appliances, cupboards, etc) so that when we arrived, I could move us right in Issue 1: they said they would clean on Thursday, and they didn't come until Friday Issue 2: when we arrived, in the hours we were in the home (shoes off), our feet were blackI chalked it up to the long day of packing at the other house or possibly my flip flopsThe following day following my AM shower, I began unpacking and noticing discrepancies in the clean, and again, my feet turned black Issue 3: the stove was not cleaned and the bottom drawer was so dust laden, I could write my name in it Issue 4: after washing my feet in the tub, my feet again turned black in hours, and my month old's knees and bottom turned black also Issue 5: windows, cupboards and drawers were still crusted and dirty Issue 6: when I called, they said they guarantee service, thy said they'd come redo their workThis issue? We now have rugs, furniture, boxes, and a house worth of items strewn around the house waiting to be put away, and I was told they don't MOVE ANYTING, but will clean around them I suggested that I didn't pay to wait to have a home partially recleaned and would prefer the issue be resolved in the billingI requested a refund so that we could hire someone else to come cleanI asked if a representative would come to my home to witness the issues I was told the only thing they could do would be to reclean around our things, and that they couldn't come do that until this afternoon (this was at 11) Not only did we pay $300+ to be able to move in, but now I cannot continue unpacking until they come back, and only what can be reached will be redone Do not use this company

Issue 1: they said they would clean on Thursday, and they didn't come until Friday.

Issue 2: when we arrived, in the 2.5 hours we were in the home (shoes off), our feet were black. I chalked it up to the long day of packing at the other house or possibly my flip flops. The following day following my AM shower, I began unpacking and noticing discrepancies in the clean, and again, my feet turned black.

Issue 3: the stove was not cleaned and the bottom drawer was so dust laden, I could write my name in it.

Issue 4: after washing my feet in the tub, my feet again turned black in 1.5 hours, and my 8 month old's knees and bottom turned black also.

Issue 5: windows, cupboards and drawers were still crusted and dirty.

Issue 6: when I called, they said they guarantee service, thy said they'd come redo their work. This issue? We now have rugs, furniture, boxes, and a house worth of items strewn around the house waiting to be put away, and I was told they don't MOVE ANYTING, but will clean around them.
