Maids in Red

I hired them to complete a deep clean of my home prior to listing it on the market. Upon the booking I told them I had a 5 bedroom home and we agreed upon the price of $364 and at that point I provided them with my credit card info. On their website, there is a very detailed list of what's included in the deep clean. On the day of the cleaning (8/3/20), the 2 employees were here for not even 2 hours and failed to complete multiple things that are listed as being included in their deep clean: did not clean all mirrors, didn't vacuum the stairs and other rooms that were vacuumed were done poorly, there were a lot of areas that were not dusted, not a single door or door frame was touched, not a single inside of a window was touched, some baseboards were wiped and others were not, no garbage cans were emptied or cleaned out, none of kitchen appliance exteriors were wiped, the towel racks were not wiped the coffee maker was not cleaned and the top of the stove was wiped but a significant number of crumbs were left. They also spilled bleach on one of my bathroom rugs and failed to tell me about it. After contacting the company as soon as the job was completed, I had to wait hours and call back multiple times to ask for a call from a manager and was eventually emailed by one at almost 4pm. I spoke with him on the phone at which point he offered to send someone back out to do a reclean which we declined due to our schedules, having a small child and an infant, and the fact that we simply didn't trust them to do the job correctly and were in a time constraint at that point to complete the job ourselves since we were having pictures of the home taken this morning (8/5/20). I requested a $300 refund and a manger was supposed to call me back the next morning. Rebecca finally reached out via email and refused to and still has not called me because that's not their policy. I have demanded a call from the owner as she has just stopped responding to our email chain and nothing has been resolved
