Maids on a Mission Reviews (1)
I Hired [redacted] from Maids On A Mission on October 29, 2012 to clean my empty house so that a walk through could be done done by the buyer just before the closing. Ms. [redacted] agreed to have the job done by Noon on October 29,2012. This included sweeping the garage and basement , vacuuming the enrire house, cleaning all floors , toilets, and sinks. I paid her $230.00 at 7:00AM on the 29th and left my house to go to Madison where the movers were moving us into our new home. At 1:30PM on the same day I received a call from our realtor telling me that the home was filthy and that the buyer was cancelling the closing. I called Ms. [redacted] and she insisted that she had cleaned my old house. I immediately drove to Brookfield (60 miles away) with all my cleaning supplies to see what had happened. The house was filthy and I had to spend hours cleaning it after having already paid [redacted] from Maids on A Mission to do it. I took pictures of each room to prove that nothing had been done and then cleaned myself. At 6:00PM that evening Ms. [redacted] came back with 4 children and asked to see what I was complaing about. The basement and garage were still filthy and she agreed to sweep them. She did a very poor job but I finally just asked her to leave as she insisted that she had done a thorough job of cleaning. I have 4 witnesses who walked through the house with me and were shocked at the condition of this Supposedly (c lean) house.I had to reaschedule two closings because of Ms [redacted]'s negligence. I feel a refund is definitely in order.
