Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:First of all, my home had an attempted breaking AFTER Maidtopia began workingAs they will remember, because I can't b***eve memories are that short, I asked them to have only one particular maid clean my house, after the attempted bretargeted the windows of a room with valuables that only the maid service would know about...and there were MANY maids coming throughSecondly, [redacted] told me directly that my account would be credited THE DAY that I had the locks re-keyed--that it would be done, and no invoice was needed, and I didn't need to worry about contacting them againThere seem to be a lot of goofs on ***'s partI am not upset, and have not been "upset", but I did finally tell Maidtopia that the endless runaround of trying to locate my keys, week upon week, was a waste of my timeHonestly, $is a drop in the bucket, and I really could care less about the money at this pointMaidtopia management is dishonest, unprofessional, and incompetent, and my online reviews already reflect thatI don't think more seasoned potential clients will make the mistake of hiring this joke of a company, and I predict that it won't make the big time before someone sues the company for its sham security measuresI actually pity their maids because it seems like their time is wasted as well Regards, [redacted] ***

We knew the urgency and reached out to the customer immediately when her email was received, neither our calls nor our email were unanswered within a timely matter, it was after days that the service was complete was there a follow up to any further concerns from the customerWe do not feel it was a double standard as we tried to rectify the situation immediately, our phone lines are always open, we have a voice mail system in place for any after hours calls and our email servers were not having any issues to impede receiving a response from the customerOur procedure is listed on our website to avoid situation when a customer would like a re-clean and the time frame is very specificWe also have staff in our office to translate if the customer feels that the staff person at their home may have not understood a specific task that is outside the provide listAdditionally, the form mentioned is a bilingual form to avoid any unnecessary time consuming interaction between a Maid and a customerIf the form is completed, the maid is to complete the task in the order listed for the specific time frameIf there is no list provided, the maid is to complete as much of a Standard Service within the specific time frameAgain, we have very specific time frame for scheduling a re-clean per company procedureWe cannot book a re-clean service past the hour mark once a service has been completeWe consider this matter closed, if customer would like the take advantage of the offer provide, please feel free to call our office

Per our company policy, which was sent along with your confirmation email and is also displayed on our company website: "We offer a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee to all of our clienteleIf you are not satisfied with our service please call us within hours and we will re-clean your home
until you are 100% satisfiedFailure to notify our office via phone or email within the hour period will void the guarantee We cannot issue refunds for the service, but we will ensure that your home will be serviced to your standardsIf your home is scheduled for a re-clean, it must be scheduled and completed within the first hours after the original cleaning was completedOur records indicate that we did service your home on June 7thOn June 8th we received an email which indicated you wanted a re-cleanWe called and left a voicemail and responded to the email with the options we had for you at that momentWe indicated that we could set up a re-clean immediately but would not be able to issue a refundIn order to schedule this re-clean you would need to get back to us as soon as possibleThe next time we were notified of the acceptance for the re-clean was June 13thThis was days after our original responseAt the time, we offered an alternative option since the hour window to schedule the re-clean had expiredThe secondary option was declined by the customer as wellAt this time, we adhere to the secondary option offered, as the re-clean time line lapsed and is no longer available- Maidtopia Cleaning Services LLC

I am rejecting this response because: I did receive this same form letter response and I declined their offer, this is true My intent in making my complaint is to question the company as to WHY is it OK for their company to lie to me from the 'get-go' when I asked if I needed to supply the cleaning person with anything & their answer was "No, they have everything when they come" And #2, I filled out the form that was sent to me by the company via email to have out when the cleaning person arrived so they could see all that I was requesting She couldn't speak much English & probably couldn't read it The form was never used by the cleaning person BUTbecause I didn't respond in 48hrs, the company wants to stick to their advertised / information form letter? My complaint is valid and I stand on the grounds of fairnesspractice what you put in print! They gave information from the very beginning I should not have had to teach a cleaning person how to turn on a vacuum cleaner on or show her how to use dusting agents or how to clean a toilet bowl!! Not only was the cleaning not done to satisfaction, the customer service is an "F".If the company wants to stick by their hrs "rule" then they should stick by their advertisements and their wordsI don't like Double-Standards!! BE FAIR

Secondly, [redacted] told me directly that my account would be credited THE DAY that I had the locks re-keyed--that it would be done, and no invoice was needed, and I didn't need to worry about contacting them again. There seem to be a lot of goofs on [redacted]'s part. I am not upset, and have not been "upset", but I did finally tell Maidtopia that the endless runaround of trying to locate my keys, week upon week, was a waste of my time. Honestly, $60 is a drop in the bucket, and I really could care less about the money at this point. Maidtopia management is dishonest, unprofessional, and incompetent, and my online reviews already reflect that. I don't think more seasoned potential clients will make the mistake of hiring this joke of a company, and I predict that it won't make the big time before someone sues the company for its sham security measures. I actually pity their maids because it seems like their time is wasted as well.

We asked the customer to please provide a copy of the invoice and we would be happy to mail her reimbursement. We asked for a copy to verify locksmith completed the re-key of the home. We will not provide a reimbursement without a copy of an invoice from a legitimate re-key company. When customer...

notified, this was the only requirement for the reimbursement. Customer became upset and refused to provide the copy claiming we were creating a burden on her part. Offer stands to customer, send us a copy of the invoice of re-keying process and we will happily reimburse said amount. This offer is an exception as customer's home was previous broken into before we started to service her home. We are not accepting any type of fault as the key she provided to us for use for over a year was returned to her. Also to the Revdex.com - the information you have on file for use is incorrect - however, we will not register with the Revdex.com as you guys are only interested in making a profit and offer no actually service that we will use. This customer has been notified previous by phone of the requirements for the refund.
