I bought some food from maifresh.com, and placed the order on 8th May, but until 11th May nothing update in my account (the shipping information), I sent them an email ([email protected]) and ask whether they sent out the items, or help me check the status of my order. I got a response from [redacted]yahoo.com, he/she said they mailed the package on 9th May, but because they moved to a new warehouse, so they updated everything late, and asked me to wait for long, then they sent me a track number from [redacted], the track number is 9**SSN[redacted]SSN**8. I checked on [redacted] website, it indicated that the expected deliver date was 16th May, so I waited until that day, but still no package. I thought maybe there was delay by [redacted], so I waited one more day and still no package. I tried to call Maifresh, but the phone number doesn’t work, then I sent an email on 18th May to [redacted]@yahoo.com told him/her the phone number on their website which is [redacted] doe!
sn’t work, and I still didn’t get my package, please help me check what happened to my package. He/she asked me checked the tracking number, I told him/her there was no update on [redacted] website, whether they can check it? Later I got a response saying that he/she thought it was missing by [redacted], he/she will call [redacted] and if he/she cannot find it, will contact with me for refund or resend. I also sent an email to [redacted] to report the missing package on the same day.
On 19th May I got response from [redacted] ( [redacted] Burlington, VT 05401), he said he attempted to track the package, but it shows that the package has not yet left the business you bought the item from, and suggested me to contact the business again, as they may have overlooked the package. But get no reply from Maifresh. So I sent an email to [redacted]@yahoo.com to ask whether they get any information about the package. Then I got an email from **@maifresh.com written in Chinese, he said he called the [redacted] and they told him the package has arrived in [redacted] in Burlington, but was broken, [redacted] was working on it and repackage the items and sent them out on Monday, he will follow the case and once I got the package, they will refund 50% the money I paid for the items, he already applied refund for me, the case number was CA**SSN**. Since he told me the package has arrived in Burlington, so I called Marie again (the phone number is [redacted]) to ask if the package was there, maybe I can get it by myself instead of waiting for delivery, because I was worried about the expired date of the food. But Marie told me it seems like Maifresh did printed out the label but maybe not ask [redacted] pick up the package, so the package was still there in their place. I asked him if Maifresh check with [redacted] for the status of this package will they get the same answer? Marie said yes. I also asked him how [redacted] would deal with broken package, should I be noticed for the broken package? He also said yes, if the package is broken during shipping, [redacted] would contact with me ask me do I still want the package or want them send it back to the seller. I forward this email to **@maifresh.com, asked him where was the package right now, this time he said the package was broken and was in MA, they will give me a response before Monday (23th May). Yesterday (23th May) I waited until the end of the work, they give me no response. I talked to [redacted] people, they told me because of the fault of the company, they sent food via media mail, which should be only for books, my package was broken and because it was food inside, [redacted] people may threw them away, that means I won't get my package. I can't connect with them anymore, the consumer affair also got no response from them, it was really a terrible experience.
