I would like to amend my last email response, to include some information as well as correct myself. The customer did not keep the sheets, they were returned for a store credit of 51.10. All the purchase receipt's state "merchandise can only be exchanged with 7 days of purchase, in original condition and with receipt. There will be NO refunds given." I can provide a copy of the original sales receipt as well as a copy of the credit receipt showing this. The store policy's are also stated on a poster sized board inside the lobby area. I will provide a copy of the receipt. Its was explained to the customer that she will have a credit for merchandise. I'm sorry about the misunderstanding, but the store policy's are clearly stated.

The customer purchased the set of sheets as stated.  She was told she had 7 days to return for an exchange.  This is on the bottom of all receipts.  When she brought the sheets back, she stated they did not fit her bed.  We measured the sheets, all the measurements match...

what was listed on the package. It was a QVC item.  At that time she threatened to call someone to complain.  She took the sheets with her.  We did not keep the sheets.
Weeks later someone wanted to use the ticket I had given as a receipt to pay a utility bill.  The payment center is a different department.  It is for Check Free Pay and Fidelity Express.  We act as an agent only. The person was not happy when I told her she could not use the credit for utility payments. She said there was nothing in the store she wanted or needed. I simply told her she could get postage stamps as they are always good.  I did not tell her that was the only thing she could use it for.
Mail Bag has been in business for 18 years. 
Sorry she is unhappy.
