Review: I received a Samsung S5 replacement phone from [redacted] on September *, 2015. I went to [redacted] store#0[redacted] on September *, 2015 at 5:40pm to have the phone returned to Verizon. I was given a drop-off receipt from the clerk to keep for my records with the tracking# [redacted] contacted me in October,2015 telling me they didn't receive the phone. I gave them the tracking# an investigation was started. Did't hear from [redacted] but noticed they charged my account $750.00, the value of the replacement phone. I called [redacted] again on December *, 2015 at 7:47 p.m. A second ticket was placed to reopen another investigation. Notified [redacted] December *, 2015 at 12:30 p.m. and was told the tracking#on the receipt didn't exist. I informed them that was the reason I was calling, I wanted to file a claim because [redacted] was trying to charge me for the package they should've delivered. Supposedly, the rep took the info and started a claim. I didn't hear from [redacted]. I received a call from [redacted] on January *, 2016 at 3:27 p.m telling me they still haven't received phone and there was no record from [redacted] in reference to the tracking# given me. The rep asked me to email me the receipt I was given to her personal email lindapotter at verizon, again they can't find the phone or a record of tracking#....I can't afford to pay the fee, [redacted] should be held accountable for this and check their staff to see if someone is stealing. This receipt given to me seems to be non-existent!...Please help me solve this matter, ThanksDesired Settlement: I want [redacted] to find the replacement phone that was given to them personally by me at their office located at [redacted] on September *, 2015 so this bill can be settled with Verizon. If they can't find the phone, I want them to be held accountable to pay the replacement phone fee because it was apparently lost on their end.

I have not heard anything from this company.....The manager there, named John?, hasn't contacted me nor was helpful in solving this matter when I went into the store personally to speak with him on January **, 2016. This is hurting my credit history with [redacted] and I'm being threatened with collection activity in reference to this matter.At this time, I have not been contacted by Mail Boxes Etc.-Lexington Ave. regarding complaint ID [redacted].Sincerely,[redacted]
