Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: this company owner is lying: 1) there was no sheriff called on my person 2) there was no arrest of any persons on my property for any alleged assault 3) the owner telephonically told me that he was "trying to break up an argument between" the hirer and my mentally ill brother 4) there were no sheriff present to witness any alleged assault 5) property was damaged as the owner of this company was attempting to back into my property in the dark 3x unsuccessfully then hitting my personal property then fleeing the scene per his direction to his employees equating to a hit and run 6) his employee yelled at me stating "now we know where your brother gets it" referring to his mental illness because I was yelling at them as the were driving off after a hit and run 7) there was no greeting of my person at my gate by the owner or his employees, in fact, there was a denial of my request to them to discontinue backing onto my property by his employee as I stated he was going to back up and hit something then the owner backed into my personal property

I am rejecting this response because:I have not accepted the alternative arrangements to dateI am willing to accept the alternative arrangements, however before doing so I have requested the resort provide me with the name of their legal representatives as well as the general liability insurance carrier. I am understandably untrusting of what The Makena Resort is saying now in light of the issues with my past cancelled reservation ands past alternative arrangements they have suggested leaving me at a financial lossAlso, as is evident since the Makena is closing in July- should the alternative arrangements not be as stated in the e-mail from the Makena or something else come up/ hidden fees, etc - I will have no one to contact in regards to that issue at the resortIn light of that and in an effort to feel comfortable with the alternative solution, I have requested several times for the Makena's general liability insurance carrier's information and attorney's informationI am hoping to not ever need this information and that the alternative arrangements and plans will happen without a hitch, however I also never expected a resort to take my reservation and then cancel it because they are closing in monthsI feel having this requested information would: make me feel more comfortable accepting the alternative arrangements and have the information if needed after the resorts closing.I have requested this information several times verbally and in writing, and each time I do I am met with resistance or a response that there is no way for anyone at the hotel to get that informationI find it very hard to believe that no one at the resort would have access to who represents or insures the resortWhat seems as an attempt at concealing this information is making me even more untrusting of what the Makena is of*gIn conjunction, the Makena can not send me any confirmations until after I agree to the terms of there offer basically waiving any future rightsLastly, I am also feeling almost threatened with how the resort is handling this now- as the latest e-mail and letters are imposing a deadline of Wednesday 4/to accept the offer or else its off the table even though they still have not provided me the requested information in order for my potential future rights to be protected With that being said, I am satisfied with the current offer from the Makena for the alternative arrangements and reservations and will gladly accept that offer once I have the Makena's General Liability Insurance carrier information and attorneys information just in case it is needed down the road since the alternative arrangements aren't coming into play until September, after the Makena will be closedIf the Revdex.com has this information in its database and could provide it, I would greatly appreciate itIf not, I would ask the Revdex.com's assistance in getting this information so that I can accept the Makena's alternative arrangements feeling at easeLastly, if the Makena can not provide this information by the imposed deadline of Wednesday April 27, then I would request that the deadline for my acceptance be extended until which time the Makena can obtain and provide the requested information and it can be verified.It should also be noted that the alternative arrangement offer was only received Monday 4/at 6:PMYour assistance in this matter is greatly appreciatedThank you

[redacted] was not a customer. Our customer had to call the Sheriff on [redacted] and her brother. [redacted]'s brother physically assaulted our customer. I have 6 witnesses. 2 sheriff, the customer and three employees of Pro Moving including my self that can and will provide statements about this accusation if...

needed. No property was damaged. In fact the property we picked up was on the side of the road and not on her property. She also verbally attacked us as we left the area. We did not respond in any form of misconduct. We greeted her as she approached us and she proceeded to yell at us and we left.

The customer complained that her order was not produced in a timely fashion. This customer was contacted throughout all stages of production and a credit compensation was offered for the delay in shipment, which was agreed upon by the customer.  Additionally we are presently...

working on a freight claim for the customer for a box that was delivered late by the freight carrier.  All of this had already been communicated with the customer and agreed upon.  We consider this matter resolved.We always do our best to accommodate our customers when problems arise.  This particular order was on hold for ware that was temporarily out of stock.  Once released, proper communication occurred with the customer regarding the delivery and a credit compensation was offered for the inconvenience of the delayed delivery and lost package by the freight carrier.

Review: A model ship insured for $550 was shipped by this store. It was damaged in shipment. After the ship was returned for inspection. I was emailed by [redacted] the ship was being returned and that a check for $550 was being mailed via USPS on July **, 2014. As of this date and several emails and voice mails I have received no check.Desired Settlement: Check for $550

Review: I visited a UPS store for international delivery of some legal papers which were very urgent and paid a heavy charge for a 2 day delivery for my package with tracking number [redacted]. But the package was deliver 3 days late causing a huge loss for me.Desired Settlement: Refund of the entire charge since they missed the delivery date causing a big loss and inconvenience.
