[redacted] I wan to to write to you to tell that bringing my [redacted] to your shop in [redacted] was a nightmare ! a simple transmission fluid change turned like a nightmare I brought my [redacted] to MrTransmission in [redacted] then the next day my sprinter was leaking transmission fluid then called [redacted] who told me to bring it back so I did [redacted] inspected the seal and told me that everything is good and the tech probably spilled some fluid so no worriesI believed him but not even hours , there was a major leak so called [redacted] again who told ,e to bring it back again so I did This time he was rude [redacted] He called me back mins later to tell me that they over filled transmission fluid by liters I was shocked He didn't say sorry and refunded the $for a bad job but instead he used " unusual circumstances " to explain as his TOP tech made a mistake Not acceptable
Mr transmission was paid to change the clutch in my ***When the job was done there were a bunch of more problemsThey were paid again to fix themThey didn't fix the problems that they caused and I had to take it to a different garageThe garage I took it to pulled the transmission apart to show that not only did they not fix the problems that they created but also they put the wrong parts into my carThey used my old parts and charged me over $They also created problems with my transmissionIt has cost me almost $to fix the mess that they have made in my carThese people should not be allowed to be in business and they are certainly not worthy of the Revdex.com sign on their wallThe second garage has proof of these deceptions and are willing to go to courtI have given Mr Transmission lots of opportunities to repair the damage they have caused and they have notI have had my car in and out of the shop for over a month***From
I came into MrTransmission on Edgewater Drin Kanata thinking I had a major transmission issue with my*** As it turned out the problem had nothing to do with my transmission but was the result of my having different sized tires on the car front and back The car's computer was fooled into thinking there was a braking issue since the front and rear tires were rotating at different speeds due to the different diameters of the tires This caused the anti-lock brakes to come on which created a very rough, grinding noise
*** (owner) quickly diagnosed the problem, checked out my transmission to ensure it was working fine and had me on my way I changed the tires so that they were the same all around and the problem was solved
At all times *** was friendly, informative, professional and extremely fair
If I ever have a drive train issue with any of my vehicles I am coming straight to MrTransmission in Kanata Highly recommended
