I recently purchased a home, and this was the service the previous owner had used I signed up for service on the website prior to closing on the home About one week after closing, someone showed up at my home and started removing trash from the can Fortunately I was home and confronted him He said he was there to "repo" the trash can When I had explained that I had just moved in and had just signed up for service, he made a phone call and said it was a mistake A week later, they did not pick up my trash I made several phone calls/voicemails with no response I sent them an email on their website and was told I needed to make a payment and to call the number listed above I explained that I had called that number several times I also explained that no one ever contacted me to get payment information and that there was no place to enter a payment on the website when I signed up No response I have called 5+ times per week and have never received any callback I have emailed this person several times and have not received a callback I have their trashcan and it is completely full I am nervous that I will come home to trash scattered throughout the neighborhood because they have "repo"ed it Meanwhile, I am trying to find another company that services my area Very frustrating!

I recently purchased a home, and this was the service the previous owner had used. I signed up for service on the website prior to closing on the home. About one week after closing, someone showed up at my home and started removing trash from the can. Fortunately I was home and confronted him. He said he was there to "repo" the trash can. When I had explained that I had just moved in and had just signed up for service, he made a phone call and said it was a mistake. A week later, they did not pick up my trash. I made several phone calls/voicemails with no response. I sent them an email on their website and was told I needed to make a payment and to call the number listed above. I explained that I had called that number several times. I also explained that no one ever contacted me to get payment information and that there was no place to enter a payment on the website when I signed up. No response. I have called 5+ times per week and have never received any callback. I have emailed this person several times and have not received a callback. I have their trashcan and it is completely full. I am nervous that I will come home to trash scattered throughout the neighborhood because they have "repo"ed it. Meanwhile, I am trying to find another company that services my area. Very frustrating!

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  The furniture pads in question have been placed in the office at the storage facility for pickup as provided in several emails yesterday.  Wish no further contact.

Review: I purchased a mailing envelope from Mail & More on November 14, 2015 to return a cellphone to [redacted] and an employee at Mail & More took my cellphone and placed it in the envelope with a pre-paid mailing label back to [redacted] and the phone was never scanned/picked up by the USPS who makes daily pickups from this store. I have tried tracing the package through the Mail & More Store, the Post Office and with the help of Verizon, but since it was never scanned by the USPS, there is no tracking mechanism available. The Post Office advised they would not accept a package unless it had been scanned, so I'm thinking it never left the Mail & More store. I have spoken with the owner twice, but she never gets back to me likes she promises. The store says it has no tracking system in place for packages picked up by the USPS, but they track packages picked up by UPS, FedEx, etc. I have described the employee that took my package on November 14th to the owner of the Mail & More store, but she says she doesn't recognize anyone like that. I've asked about security camera footage to substantiate my claim that I left the phone there, but the owner says the footage doesn't go back that far. I believe (after talking to the post office) that my phone was never picked up by the USPS from the Mail & More Store. I have been trying to resolve this issue since December and just wanted to notify you of the problems I'm having with the owner not returning my calls and not trying to help me resolve this problem. The phone company is billing me $199 for the missing phone. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for the cost of the phone - $199, but I really don't think that's going to happen. I have learned my lesson about mailing a cellphone from anywhere but the USPS. The ultimate purpose of this notification is to make you aware of the problem I have encountered trying to return a cellphone to the phone company through a "mail store."
