Mail N' Parcel

I went to the Christmas show at the Tradex in November, and saw the Bath Fitter booth. They were running a contest for the ugliest tub, so I thought to enter. I never expected to win, but I did. They contacted me and we set up an appointment for the initial consult. The sales person they sent was very friendly. We decided to pick some extras to add to our new tub, like a ceiling, curved shower rod, safety bars, adjustable height, handheld shower nozzle, shelves and soap dish. Within a few weeks, they were in to to the renovation. The entire thing took 10 hours total. The tub is lovely. The water stays warm longer. It is much easier to clean. The non-slip floor is really good and it also is easy to clean unlike non slip mats. The safety bar makes it really easy for my mom to get in and out of the shower. Lots of storage with all the shelves so everyone can keep their own toiletries in the shower also. It has been a really good experience, and has actually motivated us to renovate the rest of the bathroom. Our bathroom has gone from one of the worst rooms in the house, to one of the best. I would definitely recommend Bath Fitter to anyone looking for a painless renovation.

Installed a walk in shower from our tub, with a seat. Love the finished product and makes life so much easier! Looks awesome too! Sorry I didn't do this sooner!

According to [redacted] and [redacted] policy packages such as TV are to be shipped in its original box, otherwise the customer bears the full liability in the event the package gets damaged or destroyed. [redacted] was informed about it and still insisted on shipping the TV. Unfortunately the TV got to its...

destination damaged, [redacted] claim department was notified, and upon inspection, they denied the claim stating it did not meet their packing guidelines.By procedure, if the customer refused the damaged package, at the time of delivery , the package is returned to us, and we discard it.Now in this particular case [redacted] wants the package to be shipped back to him, after he has refused. We explained to him he has to pay for shipping back plus the packing materials. In addition, the package is too damaged to be shipped. and might cost more to repack it because of the damage. We never heard from him again.Thank you

Review: I entrusted this company with a delivery of a very expensive television to my new [redacted] address I asked the gentleman if they would pack and ship the tv and his answer was no.He explained to me that it was my responsibility to pack the tv to which I did.I purchased a television shipping box that comes with standard shipping materials plus I added extra padding and tape to secure the tv.The gentleman asked if I wanted to add insurance on the tv and I agreed. He send the tv via [redacted] and it was delivered damaged.The packaged was not accepted and sent back....Neither Mail N' parcel or [redacted] would take responsibility for damage.I'm out of my expensive tv and my money....Mail N' parcel wants to re-charge me for shipping my now broken televisionDesired Settlement: I would like my television replaced for a equal or better model
