Review: subject charged for 6 months box rental with knowledge of eviction one month before eviction.

I was charged for six months mail box rental on 5/20 2013 the amount of 70.00 and upon arriving to get my mail on 6/21/2013 I discovered a notice from the sheriffs department that the tenant had been evicted. I had just seen both owners just a few days earlier and was not given any notice at all. I was arriving there to pick up 2 boxes of checks that had been sent out to me on the 11th of June which I assumed would be sitting in my mailbox #236 for which I had paid rent.I had to reorder more checks and begin to call all my accounts and credit cards to change my address as well as anyone who would be sending me mail there. I don't believe he ( [redacted] ) should have taken my $70.00 with the knowledge that he could not provide the service.He was given $80.00 cash and gave me $10.00 change for which I have the reciept.Desired Settlement: I believe I should be refunded $ 58.33 for the remaining time on the box rental which I believe is very fair given the problems they have caused me and the time spent to scramble to keep my bills in order without paying late fees due to not recieving invoices on time.
