this reservation, I discovered that there were two reservations with the same credit card information. The first reservation was under your name. And the second reservation was under the name of someone with the same last name as yours. I presume this was the second guest that was with you. From my understanding there may have been an error with the reservation engine that you used to reserve the rooms. I would like to point out that our establishment does not have the ability to modify these reservations. You will need to contact the agency/website you booked the rooms through to fix this error.

Although I contacted the manager of the Battlefield Inn directly, I have heard nothing back from him. So far as I know, the matter has not been resolved with regard to Battlefield Inn remitting the erroneous charge of $142.18 to my credit card account. I would be happy to fax the two documents from Barclaycard to you if you can provide a fax number.
