we have been out to Mr*** different time to help him out with his problems he has in his crawlspace even though most of the problems were not contracted by us to do, we still tried to go up and beyond to help him and it seems that no matter what we try to do
to help he still wants us to do more work for free, and we feel we have to draw the line somewhere! The Basement doctor always tries to exceed our customers expectations but in this case we were not able to succeed

The three visits The Basement Doctor mentions include the actual work of drying out the crawlspace with a dehumidifier, adding a sump pump and then doing the jack work. What work is "above and beyond" the contract? If The Basement Doctor diagnosed the job as only the left side of the house needing work because the right side was ok, why are they saying the right side needs work now? Why is there a 1' slant in the hallway? Why is there a hump in the living room floor?

the owner of the business has called and came out to my house to inspect the issues.  The owner of the company said they will do the neccesary repairs to my home to correct the issues.  The owner has scheduled a crew to come to my home December 17 and 18 of this year 2015 to fix the...

issues.  I feel the owner has been very receptive and respectful to my concerns thus far and is working diligently to correct all my concerns.   I feel the owner is very concerned for his customers and treats them with respect.  I will update when the job is complete.  Kindest Regards [redacted]

6/20=called business, spoke with Billy. He said all the work that was contracted to do was done; floor joists, drying out, encapsulating. Some more work was done to try to satisfy customer, but will not do any more for free. Customer was told at beginning of project that both halves of house needed attention, but customer only wanted to address left half for this job. He said customer is aware the other half has rotted joists, but said he would do this part of the repair at a later time. The hump in the floor was gone at the end of the job. If the customer wants to recarpet, the business is willing to examine the hall bump at that time. Business is willing to return to further discuss with customer. All the work and materials have warranty/guarantee.
