If The Basement Doctor diagnosed the job as only the left side of the house needing work because the right side was ok, why are they saying the right side needs work now? Why is there a 1' slant in the hallway? Why is there a hump in the living room floor? Regards, [redacted]

6/20=called business, spoke with Billy. He said all the work that was contracted to do was done; floor joists, drying out, encapsulating. Some more work was done to try to satisfy customer, but will not do any more for free. Customer was told at beginning of project that both halves of house needed attention, but customer only wanted to address left half for this job. He said customer is aware the other half has rotted joists, but said he would do this part of the repair at a later time. The hump in the floor was gone at the end of the job. If the customer wants to recarpet, the business is willing to examine the hall bump at that time. Business is willing to return to further discuss with customer. All the work and materials have warranty/guarantee.
