We hired Mailboxforwarding because we moved outside the US about a month agoTheir service worked for the first week, they scanned pieces of mail for us successfully that were forwarded from our address in USWe were very happyBut then it stopped working We didn't receive notification about there being a problem, or instructions about there being anything needed to do on our end to fix a problem, nothingWe started questioning and inquiring for not receiving any mail for several weeks timeWe submitted several support requestsTheir answers were always vague, stating that everything was fine, not helpfulWe ended up calling our post office to try to figure out what was going onWe found out that the forwarding to from our US address to the hired box with this company was suspended by Mailboxforwarding, so all of our mail had being getting returned to sender for weeksOf course we are freaking out, we were counting on this logistical solution and this caught us totally by surpriseMore support tickets later we just gave upThe customer service at Maiboxforwarding is non existent, you have to submit a ticket and someone that is either not qualified or not helpful posts a reply that looks like copy paste from a FAQ listThere is no number to call providedWe cancelled our account after a number of very frustrating attempts to make contact and get some answers on what was going onTo this day still don't understand what happened as the setup worked for the first weekWe just cancelled our account with only one month into the serviceWe don't recommend this service to anyoneWe are outside the country thinking on how we are going to fix this
