Our 3rd party insurance provider has certain rules/requirements regarding the handling of claimsOne of these rules is that a damaged package cannot be returned to the carrier before a claim is submitted, processed and settledThe recipient
of this particular package says the package was damaged and immediately refused/returned the shipment to sender (our store location.)
Because of this action, we are unable to file a claim for damages on the customer's behalfThe act of returning the package violated the insurance providers terms, leaving everybody (except the insurance company) between a rock and a hard place
