T E R R I B L E Based on Yelp reviews, Maile seemed like a decent placeNever been there before Phoned in a take-out order (a little bit of everything, right off the menu, nothing fancy) around dinner time, ($dollars worth), arrived minutes before P/U time, had to wait for the food, and rushed home miles to get it on the table nice and hot for my family and guestsWhen we arrived and opened the food we first noticed that the food was luke warm if not cold Second thing we noticed was we couldn’t tell which was what Only two dishes were recognizable The others all seemed the same, and tasted that way Flavorless, tasteless, and bland All the dishes tasted alike with the same sauce used on all the dishes Couldn’t tell if we were eating Mandarin, Cantonese or Szechuan Seemed like we got yesterday’s reheated Chop Suey YukMy family and guests wanted to know where I got the food as they didn’t ever want to go there because the food was so lousyI was so unhappy that they ruined our nice dinner party, that I wrote a letter a few days later to the owner/manager complaining about our experiences Calling them at the time we got the food would have been futile and useless as we were already stuck with the goods and really hungry I asked for compensation for such poor food quality and explained I never heard from ANYONE at Maile What a waste of money, had to throw it all out The only thing that was good was the rice that we had to pay for after spending $ NEVER again“If you don’t take of your customers, someone else will” -LL Bean
