I placed an online order - my first with this online photo printing service provider - on Oct 1st. Opting for low cost standard delivery, they said delivery within '10-14 business days'. October 19th, still no pictures, I emailed their customer service (no phone number available). October 21st, still no reply, I emailed customer service again. No reply. Finally received reply in broken english on October 24th, "Your orders placed with us were lost due to an uncontrollable system error." Then, still no refund, I submitted Paypal dispute. They finally refunded money.
We live in rural area with no broadband 'unmetered' internet access. It costs us money (we use 4G hotspot from Verizon) to upload photos - about $10 worth of data for this order!! It's unfortunate this company has such a cavalier attitude towards customer service.
