The initial time that this problem was brought to my attention, the email asking to by removed from the email list was overseen as it was responded to in a bulk email and another customer had
responded with a question immediately after; thus covering up her email Then, when the customer called asking to be removed from the list she informed me the difference between blank carbon copy and regular CC I apologized for the inconvenience and my lack of knowledge regarding sending emails and told her I would fix it immediately While talking to her on the phone the main focus of the conversation was not to be removed but rather to inform me, quite abruptly if I may add, on the difference between BCC and CC leading me to believe that was the focus on her concern I proceeded for the next months with sending emails out with only BCC and she had no complaints, despite being emailed every two weeks during that time Recently, I sent out the email as BCC but there must have been some problem/glitch because apparently everyone's email address was visible-this is the event leading to the most recent issue The customer responded to us by posting something on our *** wall, which I responded immediately apologizing and asking for her email address so I could remove her I asked again in a couple days for her email so I could remove her I have yet to receive a response from her, however I looked through my email archives to find the time she was referring to with the initial complaint that I over looked and found her email address Since then I have removed her from my contacts list and, assuming I did everything correctly, she should not be receiving any more emails Again I apologize for this inconvenience and have done everything in my knowledge to remedy the situation

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
Regards,

Please remove me from your mailing list.  Have asked a number of times and it has not been done.

Review: Main auto spa has under a number of occasional sent out mass emails with to their promotions with complete disregard to the customers' information privacy. They send email out instead of blind copying, they copy hundreds of their clients where everyone's email is visible to those who have received the email.

This is not a one time occurance, I have complained a number of times and asked that my email be removed since they do not know how to handle their client database professionally.

Today I recieve another promotional email while seeing hundreds of their clients email information along with mine. Such practice is extremely unprofessional and is a violation of their customers privacy.Desired Settlement: Remove me from your mailing list. You have been asked a number of times.
