I scheduled pick up time for boat. Salesman with customer. Stood in showroom while my salesman totally ignored me for over an hour. Finally picked up boat. Launched boat put it in reverse and the prop fell off. Called main channel and they said they test drove it and it was fine? Had them install a new trolling motor and new battery for trolling motor tried using the trolling motor and kept cutting in and out in all speeds. Called main channel about problem they said it was up to me to find authorized dealer to fix it and offered no help. Definitely no service after the sale. My boat I traded in was clean from inside and out.they had it listed for sale before I was even 5 miles down the road. Not bad for 16 year old boat. I have bought 3 boats there and every time I went to trade in always the same problem to get trade in price down. The bellows are going to be replaced. Same salesman every time. Service manager was very apologetic for all my problems. Bought my third and last boat from Main Channel in Syracuse Indiana. Very rude salesman and no service after the sale what so ever.
