We stand behind ALL products we sell I have reviewed this customer's notes and see that we have never received a call regarding "overheating".Overheating is not an issue we see from any malfunctioning of the device and we sell and service thousands every year We do see very often where
people are blocking the intake and/or exhaust vents.Reading and following the User's Manual is very important!Please call my Service Manager and he will be happy to help further.If you do wish to return there is a resale as used fee that is explained at time of purchase and on our websiteIt is unfortunate but many people buy these machines for a trip and then wish to return a used machine to us.As our ratings prove we are 100% committed to Customer Satisfaction I will authorize a 100% return if that is your wish upon our receipt of this machine and verifying the overheating as a defect in the machineWe will download the internal log verifying that overheating did occur as a malfunction of the machine. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  The item did over heat at first use.  The vents were not blocked as the item was in use at a senior day care facility that has multiple trained health care workers that attempted to assist with the malfunctioning device.  This item was not purchased for a trip it was for daily use when my father attended day care away from our home.
