Very professional service with client happiness as foremost goalGreat job!

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, [redacted] Contract or no contract, the bottom line is you took money before a service was rendered and made the decision to check the site out way too close to the due dateAs a business owner myself I do feel obligated to pay you for your time even though I'm paying for your lack of business skillsHowever, I don't feel that I owe you half of the feeI am willing to pay for your time (spent on the phone) and for your drive to where ever you to drove to as it was quite obviously not my house With this being said, I feel like percent would compensate you$from $equals $being the amount owed to me

From the beginning with speaking with Sarah M[redacted] to the end of our trip, Main Event Partybuses LLC were great. The customer service were awesome and the drivers had the upmost courtesy. I will tell others about the company.

Worst experience ever. Like riding on a buckboard. No wifi, which was promised. Only half of the electrical outlets worked. Driver did not stick to the planned route, and we arrived too late for our event, disgusting rest room, terrible customer service from Sarah--the list of complaints is too long to write here, but the icing on the cake was when the driver started Googling from his phone at 2:00 a.m. while driving on a country road. I can only hope that the fact that their website is no longer live means they are no longer in business.

I currently rented the large bus and it truly was a once in a lifetime experience! I had a group of 24 work personnel, my coworkers are still raving about this. Made me the popular one in the office!! From this gorgeous bus came above and beyond staff, the owner sarah worked with me on price and day, as we had a lot of difficulty getting everyone to pay and confirm. We had a lot of people cancel at the last minute but she was on top of everything and exceeded my expectations with her empathy to the situation. You don't find many businesses this day in age that actually listen and work with you... All business now are just looking out for how they are going to meet a quota or making more money.... Main even party bus company are first concerned about their customers. I already have plans in the future to use this bus again! We also rented the smaller bus ( which is so roomy) for my sister Bach party and that was honestly the best night of my life! I've never see. My sister smile so big and for so long. I cannot wait to take both buses out again, we plan on just doing a random night and letting the staff pick where we go, it's a great place to bond with your closest friends!!!

[redacted] did not complete her rental paperwork after being asked on 2 occasions to do so. She was sent our contract to review on 3/29/16 and sent in a partially completed contract on 3/30/16 and a credit card authorization on 3/31/16 for payment of $975. It clearly states in our contract...

that all deposits are non refundable. It also states that a reservation is not complete unless the contract has been signed, which she never did.Tracy voiced her concerns about the drive way not fitting a bus. I re-assured her on 3 different occasions that in my opinion the bus would fit. She insisted I come look at it anyway. So I did go look at it and came to the same conclusion. She then began to email and call me multiple times a day. I had done what she had asked me to do but she still insisted we bring a bus out there to go down the drive way. She canceled her service on 7/12/16, nearly 3 weeks prior to the trip. I was planning to send a bus out when the event got closer as I have already seen the driveway and feel very confident we would be able to make it work. I did not end up sending a bus out because she canceled.
I did not entertain her every phone call and email as it was just too much. I had already done what she asked and told her it would be fine but she just kept calling and calling.
Once she canceled the contract, that she didn't even fully complete, I haven't had any more communication with her. If she was so unsure about the bus then she should have insisted it came out before renting it as deposits are non refundable and she was fully aware of that prior to reserving.
Since the contract was not performed I will refund her 50%, but we put a lot of time into this and were unable to rent the vehicle to someone else for that date because of her previous reservation. So a full refund will not be issued.

[redacted]      Contract or no contract, the bottom line is you took money before a service was rendered and made the decision to check the site out way too close to the due date. As a business owner myself I do feel obligated to pay you for your time even though I'm paying for your lack of business skills. However, I don't feel that I owe you half of the fee. I am willing to pay for your time (spent on the phone) and for your drive to where ever you to drove to as it was quite obviously not my house.
With this being said, I feel like 20 percent would compensate you. $195 from $975 equals $780 being the amount owed to me.

We used Maineventpartybuses for a high school field trip to Washington DC. Everything went really well. The bus driver was very agreeable even when we took longer than expected at dinner. He went out of his way for us. The bus was well equipped and I would definitely use this bus company again.

Fantastic

Review: Due to Lack of communication I lost all my faith in Sarah M[redacted], She answered the phone and e-mails up until payment was made. Then a concern arose about my driveway being doable for the 45 ft bus she had contracted me. I had contracted the bus to run a shuttle from a recreation center to my home for my daughters wedding which was to take place on July 30 th, My concern was noted with Sarah by e-mail on MAY 26TH with pictures included. She seemed to have no concerns and insured me things would be fine. I after being told by several family members that no way a 45 foot bus would fit I e-mailed Sarah again with much concern. She then said she would drive down and take a look at the driveway on a Friday . the following Tuesday I e-mailed her not knowing what was up since I haven:t seen or heard from her. with my daughters wedding just 2 weeks away I felt the need to take action and hire another company,I am so glad I did being the 35 ft bus they brought didn't fit. I tried to contact Sarah two times before the wedding but she never responded, However she didn't show the day of the wedding so she must have read the e-mailDesired Settlement: Refund
