Review: On 2/**/14 I went into the furniture store and order a mattress and box spring and sectional. I asked for a delivery date of 3/*/14 he said he could do it. I spoke to the company on 2/**/14 and I had signed my lease and I gave him delivery address and added a table and swivel chair. He stated all would be delivered by 3/*/14. On 3/*/14 he delivered mattress and table. We did inform him it was ok to deliver on 3/*/14 since the [redacted] he was backed up and also at that time we informed him we no longer needed box spring. He told me that he did not have the couch or the chair at this time to give him a week. The week went by he said it still hadn't arrived only the chair he stated could he deliver the chair with the couch in a week I said that was fine. That week went by no furniture, so finally I told him I wanted my money back he told me he promise 3/**/14 he will deliver. I went there today 3/**/14 just to check on everything the building is empty, know one is answering the phone since it's empty.Desired Settlement: I want my couch and chair delivered or I want my money back for the couch and chair.

Review: I paid the store the deposit of $180. When I went to go pick up my furniture, the business was shutdown. There was no one in sight. The Landlord was in the front of the store and said the took off with all of the customers money.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back.
