Main Harbor Pumps & Well Drilling

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because, Main Harbor and Pump are now stating that a $pressure gauge for a indoor pressure tank is a safety mechanism for the entire water system that was put in by Main Harbor and Pump This pressure gauge only pressurizes the 60-lbindoor tank, when this pressure tank needs water so that we have water pressure indoors This is the typical procedure for any domestic water systemThis newly replaced and installed pressure gauge must be manually tripped daily, even though both cisterns are full Main Harbor and Pump refuses to guarantee their work when putting in this $pressure gauge I should not have to pay for work that was not done by Main Harbor and PumpWhen they did install the pressure gauge it only works on occasion I have no idea what this company is talking about when they state that they know my projected business plan involving bicyclists Main Harbor and Pump is avoiding all discussion regarding the quality of their work and now they are working to discredit me for complaining to them about their lack of quality control or guarantee Main Harbor and Pump are trying to charge me for there coming out to my farm and look at the water system that they put in They could not repair or remember their pump system and instead are stating that their time is so valuable that I should pay $for them to look at their installed system as it lays dormant I completely reject Main Harbor and Pumps response and will work to safe guard any and all other persons who may at some time work with this company I have gone to many other businesses who work installing reliable water systems and these persons are shocked at the greed and lack of concern by this company Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: There is no offer of resolution In the response from "Main Harbor and Pump" They simply sent copy's of our correspondence These copy's clearly show that I am being charged for house calls from Micheal for work that he could not do Micheal could have informed me of " [redacted] " 's expertise after the first or second time Micheal had come to my farm Instead Micheal waited months, visited my farm without fixing anything, and when he did (a 40- 60lb pressure gauge, $13.93) it still does not work half of the time and must be manually switched to pressurize I have informed "Main Harbor and Pump" of this to no avail Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Main Harbor Pumps already offered a resolution for the amount owed on October 31, MainHarbor offered her to make three payments of the original balance to take care of the amount owed.Main Harbor explained the original invoice amounts because apparently complainant misinterpreted itin the beginning, saying it was mostly finance charges when there was absolutely no finance charge atall.Mike spoke to complainant during the time of services, " not months after", about [redacted] expertise [redacted] was referred because complainant did not want to deal with the originalElectrician that set up her system because of personal issues The complainant says the system "still does not work half the time and must be manually switched topressurize" is because how her system is set upIt is set up to when the water pressure drops below acertain setting; it trips the lever and shuts the pump offShe is pumping out of a cistern because she hasa low producing well and when she use:water faster than what her well can replenish at, the switchshuts her pump off to PROTECT the pump from burning upThis system has been set up this way forseveral yearsShe is now trying to run a business where bicyclists can stop to shower and rest; whereasshe does not have the water capacity to do this.I am not sure what kind of resolution complainant is wantingAll Main Harbor has ever asked was to bepaid for the invoice amountCompidinant never mentioned any dissatisfaction until November 22,2016; four months after services were rendered and receipt of collection lettersComplainant is notbeing charged for the time (several hours) that Mike spent on the phone with the original Electrician, [redacted] Electric, and the complainant to help get the system operating again after another pump companychanged the settingsThank you, Sheri L [redacted] ***please see attached***
