In regards to Mr*** ***'s statements they are absolutely incorrect Prior to him calling me regarding prepay deposit he wanted refunded to his mother's credit card, he had never contacted me regarding payments in his mother's acct The only time he called our office re: his
mothers account was when he asked that we deliver heating oil to his home from his mother's prepay acct These delivery dates were 11/13/+ 1/21/ They are highlighted on attached invoice I in fact, contacted *** *** both times to let her know her sons request + get permission to deliver to him + deduct from her acct At no time then did I feel she was confused in any way.Any deliveries to *** ***'s home were always arranged between her and the office The only knowledge we had of her son was when he called the office to request oil delivered to him from his mother's acct And a few years back we had delivered to his home, but he closed his acct in 2012.On June 23rd I called *** *** She said to" go ahead and put gallons @ 2.588=3,on her credit card" I even asked her if it was okay to deliver from her acctto her son's home if he calls in She said "yes, that will be all right".I tried the whole amount of $3,but it did not go thru It is not uncommon with credit/debit cards to have $maximum/day so I put thru that way twice Next day I was going to continue applying to card in $increments By the way his mom did not authorize 1,like he states She authorized $3,( prepay for full year) Couple of days went by I had forgotten to put balance on card On June 29th *** *** called + began to yell at me. I explained to him that his mother authorized the sale I told him immediately that there was not a problem + that I would refund $that I had put on her card He was not at all happy with that He ranted + raved for minutes; yelling at me that I was taking advantage of an old lady with alzheimers.The more I defended myself the more beligerent he became And yes, quite frankly at that point I had had enough There was absolutely no reason on earth for him to yell at another human being the way he hadAnd yes, I told him that, and I hung up.As soon as I got off the phone I credited the $1,back on his mother's credit/debit card it does however take 1-days for bank to process I am sure will find out from *** *** the money was refunded immediately.I have always had a lovely relationship with his mother By the way, it was his mom who gave me the credit card # to use bot on 3/19th + then again 6/23rd.I think what happened is that now he is taking over for his mother and went with another company Unfortunately he failed to tell her and also failed to cancel he acct with us.What should have been a very simple matter was totally blown out of proportion by Mr*** *** This mother's credit card acct was immediately credited back what our office put on it There will be no over-draft charges reimbursed as that is not our fault.If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.Sincerely,Karen M***

Review: We paid $490 for oil heating and they have not delivered. Was supposed to be yesterday, and then today noon at the latest and now they say their truck is broken down and would try to make it by 4 pm today. It is very cold and I am not sure they will ever come, the $490 charge has already gone through yet we have no heat.Desired Settlement: To have the oil delivered immediately.
