December 1, 2017Dear *** ***,The complaint listed above is related to complaint ID ***? which I responded to in October In order to fully research the issue and prevent further occurrences, I contacted the consumer on November 6th and requested a brief phone call but she refused
I then requested that she send me a photo of the mailing so I can identify the source and correct the situation but she has not responded.As requested in the original complaint, we have removed both the names and address provided in the complaint from our mailing lists.Please contact me with any questions you may have at ###-###-####.Sincerely,Rose RCompliance Director

I am rejecting this response because:
I did not receive any request from this person for a photo of the mailings nor do I still have the mailings I questioned why I had to spend time on the phone with this person when all I was simply asking was to have my name and address removed from their mailing lists, any and all of them I work full time, have a family and simply want the junk mail to stop In addition, now I have been receiving junk mail from these people addressed to the previous owner of my home, *** *** who has not lived here for years! Why is this a federal case? Why can't this woman go to all their mailings list or to any marketing companies they use to send out their junk mail and take my name and address and now the name of the previous owner of my home who has not lived here for years off of their lists!! It is not rocket science and why is she requiring me to call her to accomplish this task It is absolutely ridiculous! That is her job to figure out how to do this I am the consumer and the one being hounded with junk addressed to me and now the previous owner of my home whose whereabouts are unknown!!

I am rejecting this response because:
