I am rejecting this response because: the response was simply a copy & paste job of the communications between Ludy and me prior to me reaching out to the Revdex.com I did not read that Ludy would be providing a partial refund, and as such, I am dissatisfied with his response What Ludy neglected to share in his response was that he did, in fact, agree to send me a partial refund of $This refund, however, was dependent upon , my agreement to a letter he was going to write to document our interactionsHe provided that letter as well as my response in the copy/paste message chain sent to the Revdex.com My response included several editorial comments to reflect my side of the story Thank you
