*** called with tub drain problem We worked on drain for minProblem was not tub it was main drain We removed toilet and
cleaned it from toilet flange We found tree roots several feminine items and a condom Toilet ran fine after that Bathroom sink needed work *** was called on Friday she did not call back for days she said she was going to look at problem and call back She never did We were there twice.

Business response taken over the phone by Revdex.com staff 11/19/ The work that was done was the work that was requested There was more going on than the customer realized She was supposed to have gotten back to them, but she never did The work that she had done by another plumber was the work that she was supposed to have been giving them so they could finish the work properlyThe work that she had done extra, was work that they would have done if the consumer would have called them backThey charged a fair price and they completed the work requested, don't feel any refund is dueHe said what he pulled out of the drain were items that never should have been there in the first place He has no idea what the other plumber pulled out of the drain
