In addition, there has been many warm days since that time. I communicated many times throughout the week with them to lock down a day and time. Yes the satisfaction form, unfortunately was filled out with the in good faith they would complete the work with taking the boards off. Also the side of the walk is still missing.  Now I understand why they make customers fill it out prior to not completing the work. My lesson learned although I think future customers should be aware of this company. Please see attached pictures.Again they indicated they would finish the work in the spring although NEVER communicated this to me.
