Review: On May 26th I went to pick up my car and it had damages to the bottom spoiler. The owner simply said they are not responsible for the damages. I called the police to make a report and they said it was a civil manner. Additionally, as soon as I turned in the vehicle, the check engine light turned on and it wasn't like that before and they refused to service the vehicle any further because I made a complaint about how they scratched and chipped off a large portion of the paint off the front bumper, and the bumper was separated from the headlights. Obviously the car was mistreated. I would also like to mention that the service they did (installation of new clutch) was poor because the clutch engages to high. Another mechanic I took it to said I can potentially burn the clutch faster like that. I am very upset and disappointed and they are unwilling to help me.Desired Settlement: Fix my bumper.

THE TOWING COMPANY HAD A VERY HARD TIME

TOWING THE CAR BECAUSE THIS CAR IS VERY LOW TO

THE GROUND.

WE CALLED HIM AT MAY 6TH TO SEE. WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE CAR,

HE SAID THAT IT NEEDS A. CLUTCH“ HE SAID THAT HE WAS GOING TO BUY THE PART AND WE TOLD him NO GARRANTY ON JOB BEAUSE HE BRANG HIS OWN PART‘

HE DID NOT BRING THE PARTS UNTIL THE 25TH OF

THE CAR SAT FOR TWENTY DAY FINALLY HE BRANG THE PART. WE FIXED IT THE CAR. IT STARTED SHEFTTNG BACK TO NORMAL

AFTER WE FIXED IT AND MADE SURE IT RAN OK.WE

CALLED HIM AND HE PICKED IT UP THE SAME DAY WE

FIXED IT.

HE CHECK OUT THE CAR BERFORE HE PAID HE SAID

THANK YOU DID A GOOD JOB AND PAID AND LEFT WITH

NO PROBLEM

TWO DAYS LATER HE SENT HIS GIRL FRlEND WITH THE CAR YELLIYN'G AT MY EMPLOYEES
