Main Stop Auto Sales

Went to Main Stop Auto to trade in my car this summer, test drove a VW and took it to a local garage to check for problems. MSA insisted on "fixing" the problems themselves and claimed that everything was good to go. When I pick up the car the lady claims they spilled some oil and that's the burning smell, which should go away soon. Well they didn't spill, they didn't fix the problems and I had oil and coolant leaking all over my engine!!! I drove the car for a month before it starting over heating and having problems. So now I have No vehicle to drive and have to put hundreds into this one that they supposedly already fixed.

Also when they "test drove" the car I traded in he went maybe 5ft forward and called it good. They go on looks, he didn't even hardly look at it. These people are a bunch of crooks Do Not Buy from them. Wish I would have done more research before hand on them because I'm hearing now from people around town that this place is a hole!!!

Myself and my family have used this company to buy cars for over 5 years. We have had as a family a total of 8 vehicles. Never has there been a mechanical issue with the vehicles. And we were treated very well and received good deals on the prices of car. I recommend this company highly. And being a woman I can also say that I was never treated like I was stupid at this dealership. I happen to be a car mechanic but [redacted] and his sales staff have never tried to "pull one over on me" just because I was a woman. I give him and A++++++++++
