I have received your complaint id number Here is our response, pleasealso see the original work order dated 5/9/and the repair bill from anotherdealer dated 7/20/from Wild Rivers Sport and Marine.Customer complains that we repaired his Suzuki engine and that once home heput it in
the water and the check engine light came onCustomer did not contactus in May in regards to this issueHe had talked to *** at the repair pick up and*** advised we were not a Suzuki dealer to correct the light but the fuelseparator was repaired and the engine was test ran and ranHe called our servicedeptafter he took the unit to another dealer requesting we repay him his fee of* said he might be able to offer store credit but would talk to theowner after reviewing the detailsThe facts are the repair was done in MayThecustomer makes repair complaint at almost two months after the service?? Hedid not bring the boat here nor call us directly with this complaintI, *** verified these detailed with our service techs and service manager ***and we decided no money or store credit would be issued based on the time ofdelay in the complaint and that the boat would not have ran had this lAC beenunplugged and it ran here when it leftI personally called Mr*** and lethim know that we would not offer any reimbursement and that I was returningcalls for the owner *** ***Mr*** did speak to the owner *** ***again, and Mr*** advised him to send the receipts and details and he againwould further reviewAgain after reviewing the complaint was called in verydelayed form the date of service performed and when the unit left it ran andtested okThe lAC could have become unplugged after leaving the repair shop,because it would not have ran the unit had it been undone here at our facilities.Please address further responses to me at The *** Storel Webb Lake WI or byemail ***.Thank you for your time.*** ***

Review: had work done on my outboard motor 50 hp. Suzuki 4 stroke vapor separater water in gas.in the end of May .paid $850.00 took pontoon home put in water , started hard and immediately check engine light came on and buzzed. Called the back right away service mgr. named [redacted], said he didnt know what to tell me, they were not a authorized Suzuki dealer, asked if my oil level was good and it was, told me probably have to take it to dealer. which I did July 18 th they found a iac wire that should have been hooked bake up upon completion of job,was 57 dollars to me for .57 labor.Called [redacted] back said maybe store credit I said I will like the cash for time to take pontoon out mileage 25 miles and 2 weeks waiting to get worked on.all last week to left message for the Name is [redacted] owner of the business, will not return my phone calls,Desired Settlement: refund of $57.00 for what I spent at Wild River Sports Trego Wi. I know its not a large sum of money but the principal
