I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12369597, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.It should be known I moved after that visit so I never received a bill until recently when I spoke to the manager
*** Ms***s complaint of "returning flea product the next day or several days later" is inconsistent with our daily business practices. Typically, we deposit any checks received in a business day that evening or the following morning. A receipt would have
been issued for any returned merchandise and the balance on their account would reflect the returned merchandise or product Also, this transaction took place in October of 2016. We've sent monthly statements to her from a month after that time because the original check was returned to us do to insufficient funds Regardless of Ms***s inconsistencies with our business practices, Main Street Animal Clinic has forgiven the debt from her account.
